Does the bible say anything on anal sex? or any other form of sex such as oral? So my question is what does God say about any other form of sex other than vaginal?
To start we need to be honest about God’s plan for sexuality. First, sex is intended by God as a blessing to be shared between husband and wife. If the questions above are to “see if there is something we can do without sinning against God” without being married…the answer is, “no there isn’t.”
Second, the mentions of Sodomy (anal sex) in scripture all condemn the practice as unacceptable to God. 1 Timothy 1:9-10 states, “The law is not laid down for the just but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and sinners, . . . immoral persons, sodomites. . .and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine.”
Third, I can find no real mention nor allusion to oral sex. As a matter of principle, God’s intent for sexuality is two fold. First, that mankind can procreate. Second, that a husband and wife would find delight in one another. This being said, there should never be a diminishing of your spouse through sexual activities of any kind. We are to be loving and honoring each other. We should not be forcing a spouse to participate in a sexual activity which makes them uncomfortable. We should be acting to share our love and give our self to our spouse for their pleasure. If you, husband and wife, are both comfortable with oral sex and you are following the principles Scripture lays out for intimacy and sexuality, then I would not believe it is unacceptable to the Lord.
