Bob married Marilyn Molnau from Chaska, Minnesota on February 14th, 1981.
Bob and Marilyn, came to Winona and St. Martin's in July of 1983. Their
oldest boy, Jesse was just nine months old when they arrived. Jesse is now
22. Casey, their second oldest boy is 19, and Adam their youngest boy is 16. Marilyn
works in the dental field as an assistant and receptionist and is currently
employed at the Fountain City Dental Office. Marilyn and their three boys
are Bob's greatest gifts.
Bob was born in Fairmont, Minnesota on October 23rd, 1954. His father, Rev.
O. H. Cloeter, accepted a call from Northrup, Minnesota to Faribault,
Minnesota to be a senior pastor in 1957. Bob grew up in Faribault attending
Trinity Lutheran School through the eighth grade, and then Faribault High
School until graduation in 1972.
From 1972 through the winter of 1977, Bob attended Concordia College, St.
Paul, Minnesota and graduated with an elementary ed. degree. In the fall of
1977, Bob began his service to the church as a 6-7 grade teacher and
athletic director of St. John's Lutheran Church and School of Chaska,
Minnesota. He served St. John's through 1983. From 1982-1983, Bob once again
attended Concordia College, St. Paul, Minnesota and received his evangelism
degree. On August 1st, 1983 Bob began his work at St. Martin's.

His Duties as Outreach Director include:
1. Personal evangelism calls to people in Winona and surrounding
communities.
2. Witness training of lay people to share their faith. Right now:
"Sharing Jesus Without Fear"...a four week class.
3. Create Day School/Sunday School evangelism curriculum and teach
4. Assimilation of members...discovery and use of their spiritual
gifts
5. Coordinate sponsorship of new members
6. Bible study teacher/New member class teacher
7. Student/Adult Confirmation coordinator/teacher
8. Home Bible Study Coordinator
9. Supervise Prayer Ministry
a. Prayer telephone chain/ Muriel Frosch, coordinator
b. Lead monthly prayer gatherings (last Monday of month
7-8pm)
c. Coordinate small prayer groups
d. Family Tree of Prayer Supervisor/Dave Forney,
Coordinator
10. Coordinate, Supervise, and Train the eight Caring Ministry Teams
who minister God's Word and the Lord's Supper to
the St. Martin's
shut-ins.
11. Shut-in and Hospital Visitation
